Springville-GI Athletic Committee seeking input
Superintendent Wright invites residents to participate in state of athletic program study
The Springville-Griffith Institute CSD Board of Education and Superintendent Vicki Wright invite interested school district residents to participate in a study of the current state of the athletic program at S-GI. A committee is being formed to help improve the athletic experience for S-GI students.
Comprised of community residents, S-GI employee union representatives, representatives of the superintendent’s and budget advisory committees and the board of education, the committee will be asked:
- What are the three best things about S-GI athletics?
- What are the three areas that need improvement or are of most concern about S-GI athletics?
- What were the three best things about your son/daughter’s specific team experience?
- What were the areas of most concern specific to your son or daughter’s team?
- What qualities does a good coach possess and what should we expect of them?
The committee will be moderated by Archie Bradley, substitute athletic coordinator. Please contact him at abradley@springvillegi.org or 592-3249 if you are interested in serving on the committee.
