St. Paul’s Lutheran Church to celebrate first anniversary of new addition
St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Ellicottville will celebrate the first anniversary of the dedication of the addition of its church building on all Saints Day, Sunday, Nov. 1. At 2:30, the public is invited to attend a musical celebration by the Keynote Chorus, a popular Southern Tier choral group. A prelude to the program will be played by the leaders of St. Paul’s Dulcimer Choir. Admission is free, but a free-will offering will be taken to benefit the building fund.
After the concert, a reception and open house will be held to give those who have not yet seen the facility or heard the plans for remodeling the old building a chance to do so. Mike Randall will give his one-man performance of “A Christmas Carol” at St. Paul’s on Saturday, November 28. Seating is limited so order tickets by calling 945-1176 or 699-5621. St. Paul’s is planning to hold a family Thanksgiving Dinner for those in need. They are also collecting shoes and boots for the Buffalo City Mission. |
