Fidelis Care is pleased to join with Springville Primary Care Center to help uninsured local residents apply for free or low-cost health coverage.

A health insurance open house will take place Monday, Nov. 2 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Springville Primary Care Center, 27 Franklin St., Ste. 1, Springville. A Fidelis Care representative will be available to answer questions and help eligible residents apply for free or low-cost coverage through New York State’s Child Health Plus, Family Health Plus and Medicaid Managed Care programs.
