NOTICE THE TOWN OF EAST OTTO GIVES NOTICE - any person removing snow and etc., who leaves deposits of snow, ice, etc. on the highway, including the shoulders, is in violation of Vehicle and Traffic Law Sec. No. 1219. Further notice is given to anyone who leaves a vehicle on the highway which impairs snow removal from November 1st. thru April 15th is in violation of the law.
